Dr. Elizabeth O. Dania is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of New York and Maryland. She is the founder of Elizabeth O. Dania NP in Psychiatry, PLLC, where she provides comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Dr. Dania began her healthcare career in 2002 as a Certified Nurse Assistant in nursing homes and hospital facilities. Over the years, she has developed extensive clinical experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, telemetry, geriatrics, psychiatry, home care, and primary care — giving her a uniquely holistic perspective in treating mental health conditions. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter College in 2012 and later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Touro University Nevada in 2020.
Dr. Dania specializes in the diagnosis and medication management of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, impulse control disorders, psychosis, and sleep disturbances.
